Message	the main panel with the "start" button and the gear shifter/gun you will see the bearing on the back. Mine has a tendancy to bind up when spinning quickly as well. I plan to simply clean it out and lube to see if it will help but am ready to replace it if needed be. Love the game but just thought about "upgrading" it, so to speak.
